Casey Anthony Video Diary Leaks Onto Internet
In an interview Thursday night, Jon Briley told Nancy Grace he found the video on a pay site, and it was going to cost him $2 to watch the 4-minute, 20-second clip of Casey Anthony Video Diary .
The Ohio man said he later found a link to it free, and claimed he was the one who downloaded it and posted a copy on YouTube.
Cheney Mason, one of Casey's criminal attorneys who helped get her acquitted of her daughter, Caylee's murder, said the video blog was illegally posted.
He said Casey is keeping memoirs and notes for her personal use, primarily for future counseling.
Mason claimed Casey never uploaded the video, nor did she authorize anyone else to upload it.
